The second release on the galaxy inspired Tour Messier label is the debut by Rotterdam based musician-dancer-choreographer-filmmaker Davide Bellotta. He’s a familiair face for anyone who attented one of the performances of the Conny Janssen Danst modern dance company, also based in Rotterdam. In his music Davide Bellotta explores the inner realm with softly repetitive synthscapes, organic guitar stabs and star sprinkled musicbox notes. Davide Bellotta creates rich and layered textures with handplayed and sequenced instruments, all delicately woven together to create an intimate and personal musical fabric, expanding beyond the mere here and now, touching on something timeless.
